Interested in learning how to use Adobe Photoshop? Not sure where to start? Want to know what the best way to learn Photoshop is?
Going back a few years, if you wanted to learn a new skill – you would have to go to a library, get tons of books, read through them and spend hours learning the topic. Even then, you would probably have to go to see a tutor … or worse still, take a university style course on the subject! Nobody wants that, we all know how much time and money can be wasted.
Luckily for everyone, the internet is fairly accessible these days – you wouldn’t be reading this if you didn’t have access to the world wide web! Now we have access to millions of quality (and some not such high quality) tutorials and information on almost anything, instantly! Of course, you can’t learn everything from tutorials and guides, but let me tell you now that Adobe Photoshop can definitely be learned cheaply using tutorials! As a university student doing multimedia subjects, I did a whole course on Photoshop, and guess what? I didn’t attend many lectures or tutorials at all … I learned everything I know at home, on my computer, using tutorials and guides!
So now that we know we can learn skills like Photoshop easily and quickly using the tools provided to us over the internet, where do we go from here? What tool is the best? Well, firstly, let me tell you that there are literally thousands of tutorials on the topic available on the internet. Some are better than others. In fact, the majority available are a waste of time, only a handful will correctly and quickly teach you the skills you want to know.
