Computer Technology Improves Home Entertainment

Every time the computer industry tries to make inroads into the home entertainment center by offering products that are designed to use the home TV screen as a computer screen, consumers offer a lot of resistance. Yet, the computer industry persists as evidenced by Intel’s Viiv technology and the fact that the media center version of Microsoft’s Windows XP operating system and several versions of the Vista operating system are designed to make computers a part of the home entertainment center.

While consumers have been busy resisting the incursion of the home computer into the home entertainment center, computer equipment has been sneaking in anyway. This covert incursion can be seen in the form of newer forms of TV technology. DVD players, digital TV converters, satellite receivers, DVR’s, and video gaming systems are all computers in some form or another.

One of the side effects of having all of this new technology so thoroughly computerizes is that there is an unprecedented level of compatibility between computers and the Internet, and the home entertainment center. For example, there are a variety of devices that take advantage of Internet connections to provide their users with more options. The TiVo is a good example of this. TiVos download their program guide information from the Internet and are even capable of being programmed to record specific TV shows from another location over the Internet. Some of the newer TiVos are even capable of downloading movies from the Internet to be shown on TV sets.

Other devices that can do this include some versions of Sony HDTV sets, the Vudu, the Slingbox, Microsoft’s Xbox 360, and several others. The Apple TV can fetch video from the home computer(which can get the video from the Internet or from a digital video camera), and the ability to download movies directly from the Internet is expected to be coming soon to the Play Station 3 from Sony.

Another interesting result of the overlap between computers and TV is the introduction of portable video devices. A portable video device is a hand held, battery powered portable device that can store video on a built in data storage system and then display it on a TV screen or its built in screen. These devices come in a variety of sizes and capacities. For example, there are versions with only two gigabytes of storage space and such small screens that you have to wonder why anyone gave them the capacity to play video. At the other end of the extreme are devices that have amply sized screens, the ability to store over a hundred hours of video, access the web over a WiFi connection, and even record video that’s being played off of other devices and store it on their own hard disks. The data storage systems use either flash memory or more conventional hard disks, and the screens can either be conventional LCD technology or energy saving OLED screens. Some of these devices can even download video from some Digital Video Recorders if all of the compatibility issues are taken care of.

All of these devices show the benefits that computer technology can have when applied to home entertainment.

Starting Your Family Law Court Action Pro Se

Starting legal action Pro Se can seem like an intimidating process, but really, starting any legal action against anyone when representing yourself is not as scary as you may think. It is important to know that you can start the filings yourself, no matter what civil matter you are filing for. Whether it be a complaint for modification of a divorce decree, a petition for child custody, or reassessment of child court-ordered visitation, you can start the process yourself without the help of an attorney.

But where do you start? First off, you’ll want to find the appropriate forms to file. In most cases, you can contact your local family law courts to get sample copies of the forms needed for your particular action. Some counties even have these forms online on their websites and all you to print and personalize at your own will. However, keep in mind that most of these forms are created for women filing divorce or child support to their husbands, so make sure that you reword anything you need to in your favor-mainly, you want to make sure you have the format of the documents set to your court’s liking.

Some legal proceedings require special forms, which you may be able to obtain through your family law courts or through the Father’s Rights Protection System. You can also do a search for similar court documents that were filed in your particular state and county online, and utilize these to tweak the standard forms to better match your personal situation.

Typically, when you file a civil action through the courts, you will have to pay court costs and fees. The structure is set up differently in each state, so be sure to check with your county court so that you are prepared for any filing fees that you may be incurring due to the civil action. This may possibly be reimbursed if you file accordingly, so keep track of what you’re spending on your court costs.

Bicycle Frame Geometry 101

I was discussing frame geometry with a prominent coach last week and his perspective on frame geometry struck a nerve with me so I wanted to share this topic with you.

I had been riding “stock” frame geometry for decades and the possibilities created by the combination of an unlimited fitting system and true custom geometry did not exist for me, and thus for you, until fairly recently. The time honored principles of Knee Over Pedal Spindle, (KOPS), the Lemond method, standover height, saddle height equal to hip height when standing next to the bike and scads of other techniques were developed to help people choose a bike size that would work for them.

We need to look at a bit of history because bikes were made quite differently in the 1970’s and before than they are today. The ’70’s were a time where road bikes had a much different geometry, with seat angles in the 71-72 degree range. Additionally these bikes were built in half sizes and thus had as many as 12 sizes for one model! Today’s bikes have between 3 and 5 sizes so more people are forced to “fit” a bike that will be less than perfect.

The archetypal road bike in the 70’s was the Raleigh Team Professional, which was arguably one of the best and most comfortable racing bikes ever made. At this time there were two schools of racing as well, a European style which was centered on longer rides and races including mountains. An American style developed as well focusing on Criterium racing; shorter closed course races with lots of turns and sprints. The American bicycle manufacturers started producing bikes with 73-74 degree seat angles and much less saddle setback with the logic that our races were shorter and one didn’t need the comfort for a 125 mile race if we were racing for 50 miles.

This style of racing bike geometry became popular as Americans liked the more aggressive position and the young racers working in bike shops could sell these bikes. We now are in a time when most nice bikes are still designed for young professional racers, but are purchased by successful people over 40. I have seen my position change on the bike since I was able to use my setup bike to experiment. I found that the bars really needed to be higher and the saddle needed to be further aft to get the balance points right.

I also found that as I got older (and had some injuries on the way) that my tolerance for the more aggressive geometry was no longer possible. People who came into my studio tended to be folks who had no success getting fitted in other bicycle stores so I had more challenging cases on a day to day basis. I saw more and more people who could not get comfortable on their stock bikes and even had to abandon the respected WobbleNaught fitting system because it tied the individual to an existing bike.

The setup bike began to show me that when one truly was in balance that many good things started happening. First, saddle problems diminished and disappeared completely for most people. Second, low back pain went away. Third, hand numbness was diminished. Additionally people’s ability to ride greater distances improved and incredibly, their power and efficiency improved so they were faster. There was only one problem. The positions that I discovered turned out to be very close to the riding position people had on the old Raleigh Team Pro! It seems that what is old is new again.

It is a long uphill battle to convince production frame manufacturers to build bikes that “grown ups” can ride, but fortunately a handful of expert custom frame manufacturers exists now. I have great success in designing a custom frame based on real individual setup data and can work with these experts to create a frame that has predictable ride characteristics and will be the servant of the rider, not the other way around.

I still get a few people who are the right size for a stock frame but have found that at this level, almost everyone seems to want a well designed custom bike. People seem astonished when they learn that bike riding can be comfortable and much more enjoyable than before. The process is simple; get balanced on the bike first and put the handlebars in the right place second. The geometry of the bike can be a help or a hindrance to a rider and thankfully there are solutions that will allow anyone to be comfortable on a bike.

How to Play Well As a Soccer Defender

Becoming a good defender in soccer is something that takes time and you need to be aware of that. In fact, to become good at any soccer position you need to practice a lot. However, your practice doesn’t always need to involve physical effort. You may also study professional players by bringing a note block and try to answer following questions:

– What is the professional player doing in order to mark his opponent? – Does he clear the ball directly in dangerous situations? – Is he following up in offense attacks or does he prefer to stay on his own side of the field.

It is important to study these players properly and try to mimic their way of playing. However, you should not try to copy their personality as it will not help you on the field.

While playing as defender you need to pose good speed, domination in the air (more about this later) and good ball handling skills. There are of course many other things that are equally important like understanding different formations or tactics.

Being able to dominate the game in the air is probably the most important skill you need to master as defender. The reason for this is that you will often find yourself in heading battles with one or two opponents.

If you already have good heading abilities then you should try to work on improving them even more. Perfection does not exist in soccer. You need to always work hard in order to improve but also maintain your current skills.

I always like to explain things with real world examples and this article is not different. Let’s assume that you are playing a cup final. During the game you have been put in 20 heading duels and won all of them. However, the result is still 1-1 and your team is going for a winning goal.

But, during one contra attack the ball is crossed inside your penalty kick area. While the ball is flying toward your 18 yard box (penalty kick area) you are completely sure that you will win the heading duel.

However, you fail with stopping your opponent to get a touch on the ball and he scores. The game is over and everybody is watching at you (even if your teammates don’t blame you, the anger in their faces will tell you how they feel).

So, what do I actually want to tell you with this example? Well, as you realize, you were performing pretty well until you made the jumping too late mistake. Always keep in mind that a game is not over before the referee blows his whistle. It is therefore important to keep your focus through the whole game and always be on your toes.

Check Template to Manage Payroll

You can always calculate payroll over various methods, but using the payroll check template is mostly preferred. It is used as guide over employees’ salaries and wage reductions. It is used to issue payroll checks to workers. Such software is simply Microsoft Excel based and acquiring a check template over the internet is readily available for easy usage. It is a customized template and built with specific requirements such the employee’s daily schedule with the corresponding pay for the number of hours served. It pre-defines the attributes of the check like how the check is taxed and blocked with numerous factors as well.

A payroll check template is presented by a batch of checks or an individualized check. Once inputs of data have been made, you cannot delete it on the database. You can either edit the information or mark it void with matching referral or cause of action. If payroll checks with same inquiries are saved frequently, it would be easier for you to save these data as templates in order to reuse it. A recurring payroll template cannot be edited however; you can enter the employee’s payroll information and create another recurring check template with the employee’s name.

You can always modify the details in a payroll check template by adding, moving, or removing selected fields in accordance with the company’s requirements. You can also indicate new names and group header terms within the needs of the employer. Once it is created, the payroll template can serve as basis for an entire batch of subset payrolls. It can also be used to block direct deposits such as bonus checks, taxes at supplemental rates, time off accruals, and alike. Lastly, you can choose to print the payroll templates upon compulsory demand or acquire soft copy of the latter.

4 Simple Soccer Drills With Cones

It is always fun to open up a video on the web and see players like Ronaldinho, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo dazzling the world. It almost seems that they have the soccer ball attached to their foot. That is why the world loves them. When they touch the ball everyone is left in awe. While it seems like it is magic, it is not. These players are the best in the world and have become that way by practicing fundamentals. There are many drills and exercise that you can do to better your foot skills. It won’t necessarily stun millions of people around the world but it will certainly help you play better. It will help you in one-on-one situations and increase your ability as a player.

Dribbling between the cones

Set up seven cones about a meter apart from one another in a straight line. The cones serve as an obstacle course that you must run through. Once they are set up, dribble through them slowly. Start on the right side of the first cone and go to the left of the next cone. Then go to the right side of the next cone and so on. When you reach the end turn around and do it again. When you feel comfortable, you should try using just your left foot or right foot. Isolating one side of the foot is always important to increasing your abilities

With the same set up, try dribbling around the cone. You should try to stay as close as you can to the cones without touching them. When you have successfully completed one rotation, go on to the next cone. You should continue until you have gone through the entire line of cones. Once again, you can concentrate on one foot at a time while working on you ability to cut.

Cut backs in the circle of cones

To begin, set up seven cones in a circle about 3 meters wide. Enter the circle and begin dribbling freely. Once you have become accustomed to the size of the circle, start to dribble up to the cones. When you get close, stop the ball by stepping on it and pulling it back. Then keep cutting across the circle and doing that. After a few moments go back to random dribbling. If you want to get better quicker, maker the circle smaller.

Soccer Golf

For this drill you need a lot of open space. Take your seven cones and spread them around the soccer field. If you feel like being really ambitious, place a number 1-7 on them. With them spread out, try to hit them using a combination of long passes and short passes. Play it like golf and keep track of your score. Once you hit one go onto the next one. See how many passes it takes to complete your soccer golf course.

Speed zones

For this drill you will also need a lot of space as well. To begin, you need to set up cones standing upright or laying down. You should alternate between to two. The cones that are lying down are “Speed Up” zones and the cones that are standing are “Slow Down” zones. When you pass through a speed zone you sprint while dribbling the ball and when you pass through a slow zone you jog and dribble.

Simple Theory for Soccer Betting

Why is soccer betting popular?

If we were to compare other sports with soccer, soccer has the highest occurrences for weak team to beat a strong team down especially in English Premier League. Let’s turn back the clock; can any of you recall the UEFA Championship final?? Clashed between Man.Utd and Bayern Munich in 1999 where Man.Utd successfully won Bayern Munich by 2 goals during 2 minutes injury time. For those who bet on Bayern Munich, how hard for punters to accept this, unfortunately this is the FACT. Well, as you can see, this is the most interesting part in soccer betting. There is a saying, “a football is round, therefore it might have unpredictable ending”.

What is the simple theory in betting world?

Everything in the world is sharing the same natural concept and also follows the same trend. There is no exception for soccer betting. The theory is simple. When a graph makes an incline, of course the line will keep climbing and stop at a stage. No matter how high it reaches or how low it drops, there is always a stop to it. I would confidently say that only in minor cases, the graph will move up and down continuously within a short period of time. As example, you could notice that most market share will always have gradual incline and then follow by long dropping line repeatedly. You could also notice that the rich gets richer and poor gets poorer. In sports betting, I believe some of you did experience before winning streaks which you kept winning non-stop even though you simply put your bet. In contrast when encounter down period, even if you work hard to make analysis or follow the bet of your lucky friends but finally lose too. Why? The only answer is natural concept and trend. We must agree and follow the trend.

How betting trend works in soccer betting?

The rule of thumb is do not be stubborn to confidently place bets on teams that continuously lost and have the thinking that they would make a come back. This is totally wrong. Maybe you will win at the end by follow this type of betting strategy but how much capital you need to have and how much you need to lose before you can win the bet. Based on the trend concept, if a team is keep losing, the graph for them is dropping, we should bet against them until the graph reach a pit stop. In contrast, if a team turnover from lose to win, we should start chase the team to win until stop stage. How simple is it? Win keeps winning and lose keeps losing.

Which team to bet from among of uncountable matches?

When using the trend concept in soccer betting, it is safer if we use it to bet on strong team and only focus on climbing graph. Meanwhile, we put our bet only on strong team when they are in win stage. The reason to choose strong team is they need points to secure their position at the top of the league table. In addition, strong team with higher strength could easily win if victory is a must.

The last but not the least, I am sure you will have doubts on my simple theory – trend. I could tell you that my theory has been proven. I have been using the betting strategy for 2 consecutive years and it really works for me. From my bet statistics, it hits more than 75% accuracy.

DIY Music Video - Do It Yourself!

With the falling price of digital video cameras and the rise of PC video editing software, producing your own music video is definitely something most every musician can afford to do these days. All you need is a DV (Digital Video) camera, DV tapes, a location to shoot at, a PC, editing software (ala Adobe   Premiere ), and well, a band! Here’s some info and tips regarding the important pieces of equipment you’ll need.

1. Camera – You’ll be better off buying a DV (Digital Video) camera, they’re best for digital editing, later on. Decent DV cameras go for anything between $400 and $1200, and the tapes are around $8 a piece. One camera that I have used personally is the Canon GL2 MiniDV Digital Camcorder. I had nothing but good experiences with this camera. There are preset settings for the novice user, and at the same time it was very fine tuneable, for the experts out there. Make sure that your camera will shoot in progressive scan mode. Progressive scan is a particular method for displaying images, in which the lines of each frame are drawn in sequence. This will reduce the amount of flickering and increases resolution of the video you are recording. Most cameras come with microphones attached to them, but you probably don’t want to use the audio that will be recorded by the on-board mic as it will be pretty low quality. I suggest picking up a minidisc recorder, run all your instruments into a mixer that is plugged into said mindisc recorder.

2. Shooting – You can shoot your video anywhere, and hopefully you will take advantage of that fact! When editing your video, you will be telling a story. So varied locations would be excellent. If you can, storyboard your video out before you begin scouting locations or shooting. It makes thing 1,000,000 times easier, trust me. One other thing I would recommend would be to make sure that you have adequate lighting. Normal indoor lighting is not picked up by the camera the same way your eye picks it up. I would suggest picking up a book about the basics of video lighting, if you can. But if that is not a possibility, remember one thing, more is better.

3. Editing – You’re going to need to pull your video footage off of your camera onto your computer. Most DV cameras come with a USB cord which will allow you to do just that. You can use the proprietary software that comes with your computer to do that, or you can buy editing software which will do the same thing. Most PCs that have Window XP installed come with Windows Movie Maker. This is a great program for beginners, it allows you to pull footage off of your camera, and then edit said footage. But it doesn’t come with very many editing features. So the more advanced editors might want to plunk down some cash and buy Adobe  Premiere , which is a super flexible video editing program with a very steep learning curve. The advanced Mac users out there might want to check out Final Cut Pro.

Now that you have your edited footage, you’ll want to output it onto tape or disc. The easiest thing to do is to burn it to DVD, which most editing programs will have a feature to do this. Once you have your video on DVD, the possibilities are limitless! I hope this article helped understand that music videos are now not just for the pros, anyone can do it yourself!

10 Greatest Football (Soccer) Players Ever

1. Diego Armando Maradona (1976-1997)

Born: October 30, 1962

Playing Position: Supporting Striker, Attacking Mid-fielder

Clubs: Argentinos Juniors, Boca Juniors, Barcelona, Napoli, Sevilla, Newell’s Old Boys

Diego Maradona won the 1986 World Cup almost single-handedly and took Argentina to the final four years later. He also took unfancied Napoli to its only two Italian titles. Maradona was controversially voted best player of all time in an internet poll held by FIFA. No one can deny the fact that Maradona was the best ever dribbler of the ball. He proved as much, when he scored what was arguably the greatest ever World Cup goal in 1986 (Awarded : “GOAL OF THE CENTURY” by FIFA in 2002). Maradona picked up the ball on the halfway line and promptly proceeded to leave half the England team for dead before slotting the ball into the net. That game was also the one in which he scored his infamous ‘Hand of God’ goal. He repeatedly refused to admit openly to handling the ball. In the nineties his career hit a downward trajectory.

In Rosario city, Argentina, fans organized the “Church of Maradona.” Maradona’s 43rd birthday in 2003 marked the start of the Year 43 D.D. – “Después de Diego” or After Diego – for its founding 200 members. Tens of thousands more have become members via the church’s official web site.

2. Pele (Edson Arantes do Nascimento) (1956-1977)

Born: October 23, 1940

Playing Position: Forward

Clubs: Santos, New York Cosmos

In the eyes of many, if in fact not most, football fans Edson Arantes do Nascimento is the greatest footballer ever, and there is a lot to be said for that opinion. There is certainly no denying his pedigree. Pelé, because that’s who we are talking about, has won three world cups with Brazil and scored more than 500 league goals.

Pelé made his debut in the Brazilian league at the age of 16, and promptly went on to become the league’s top scorer, scoring 36 goals in 29 matches. The next season was every bit as impressive as the youngster produced 58 goals in 38 matches. His overwhelming debut earned Pelé a place in Brazil’s 1958 World Cup squad, where he and his team-mates ended up lifting the trophy. Pelé scored two goals in the final, as the world sat up and took notice. At age 17 Pele was, and is to this very day, the youngest ever World Cup winner.

His impact on the 1962 and 1966 tournaments was negligible due to injuries, but at the 1970 Wold Cup Pelé once again shone resplendidly. Playing in what many consider to be the greatest ever football team, Pelé was universally acknowledged as the world’s best player. His deft touch, dribbling skills and tremendous scoring ability, would see him notching up more than 500 league goals. In 1975 Pelé joined the North American Soccer League, where he became a goodwill ambassador for football. It’s a role Pelé has been playing ever since.

3. Johan Cruyff (Johan Hendrikus Cruijff) (1964-1984)

Born: 25 April 1947

Playing Position: Attacking Mid-fielder, Forward

Clubs : Ajax, FC Barcelona, Los Angeles Aztecs, Washington Diplomats, Levante, Feyenoord

A superb dribbler of the ball, George Best undoubtedly the most naturally gifted British player of his generation. A combination of lightning pace, perfect balance, and ability to produce goals with both feet, meant Best was a handful for even the best of defenders.

Helping Manchester United win the European Cup in 1968 was his greatest achievement. That year Best was voted European Player of the Year. But in the years to follow Best the player would increasingly be eclipsed by Best the rock and roll celebrity, as problems with gambling, womanising and alcoholism overshadowed El Beatle’s achievements on the field.

In 1974 George Best left Manchester United, effectively ending his career at the highest level at the age of 27. The Belfast Boy would play on for nearly ten more years at a number of lesser clubs, showing occasional signs of his former greatness.

4. Ferenc Puskas (1944-1966)

Ferenc Puskás (1927) was the outstanding player of the marvelous Hungarian national team of the early 1950s. In 1952 they had won Olympic Gold in Helsinki and the “Magical Magyars” arrived at the 1954 FIFA World Cup in Switzerland undefeated in four years. Their most resounding victory to date had been achieved the previous year when they were the first non-british team to defeat England at Wembley. In one of the great upsets of football history, Hungary were pipped at the post by Germany, with Puskas playing in spite of an injury picked up early on in the tournament. Puskas fled Hungary in the wake of the Soviet invasion of 1956 and went on to play for Real Madrid well into his 30’s. At Madrid he teamed up with the likes of Di Stefano and Gento to win numerous trophies.

5. Franz Beckenbauer (1964-1984)

This list of top 10 greatest ever football players is heavily biased towards forwards, as all these kind of lists tend to be. We make no apologies for that as it is those players that bring joy to the crowds all over the world with their goals and artistry. However, this list would not be complete without Franz Beckenbauer (1945). Nicknamed ‘der Kaiser’, Beckenbauer was the mainstay of Bayern Munich’s triple European Cup winning team of the mid Seventies. He also captained his country to the 1974 World Cup, held in Germany. An elegant sweeper, Beckenbauer was known for his outstanding technique and tactical insight. As a manager, he steered the German national side towards their 1990 World Cup win in Italy.

6. Eusebio (1958-1978)

Eusébio da Silva Ferreira (1942) won 10 Portuguese league titles, plus the 1962 European Cup with Benfica, scoring two goals in the final. He virtually single-handedly took Portugal to third place in the 1966 World Cup, scoring nine goals. Eusebio’s trademarks were his speed (he was the under-19 Portuguese champion of 400, 200 and 100 metre races), quick dribble and a powerful and accurate right-footed strike. Eusébio scored an incredible 727 goals in 715 matches wearing the Benfica jersey, and until recently was the all-time leading scorer for Portugal, with 41 goals in 64 matches.

7. George Best (1963-1984)

A superb dribbler of the ball, George Best (1946) was undoubtedly the most naturally gifted British player of his generation. A combination of lightning pace, perfect balance, and ability to produce goals with both feet, meant Best was a handful for even the best of defenders. Helping Man U win the European Cup in 1968 was his greatest achievement. That year Best was voted European Player of the Year. But in the years to follow Best the player would increasingly be eclipsed by Best the rock and roll celebrity, as problems with gambling, womanising and alcoholism overshadowed his achievements on the field. In 1974 Best left Manchester United, effectively ending his career at the highest level (although he would play on until 1984).

8. Michel Platini (1973-1987)

Three times European Footballer of the year, Michel Platini (1955) led France to two World Cup semi-finals and the 1984 European Championship title. Platini started at French club Nancy-Lorraine before moving on to Saint-Etienne, where he won the league title in 1981. In 1982 he moved to Italian club Juventus. One of the greatest passers of the ball in the history of the game, Platini was also a master of the free kick, a skill which he perfected using a row of dummies during training. Despite nominally being a midfielder, Platini displayed a remarkable goalscoring prowess. He scored 68 goals in 147 league games for Juventus, and was crowned top scorer of the Serie A no less than three times.

9. Alfredo di Stefano (1943-1966)

Two-time European Footballer of the Year, Alfredo Di Stéfano (1926) led Real Madrid to five consecutive European Cups. Incredibly versatile, many believe he is the best all-around player in history. Di Stéfano was a powerful forward blessed with stamina, tactical versatility, and above all vision that allowed him to act as the conductor to Real’s symphony of attacking football. Di Stéfano won numerous domestic league and cup titles with Real, but like George Best, he never graced a World Cup. He moved to Espanyol in 1964 and played there until hanging up his boots at the age of 40.

10. Zinedine Zidane (1988-2006)

Whether Zinedine Zidane (1972) or Michel Platini is the greatest ever French player is up for discussion. That Zidane belongs in this list of truly great players surely isn’t. The outstanding player of his generation, he led France to World Cup glory in 1998 and to the European Championship in 2000. He was a superb passer of the ball first and foremost, an outstanding playmaker that fed his forwards with great passes. But Zidane could produce goals himself as well, most notably the winning goals in the 1998 World Cup Final and the 2002 Champion’s League Final. Zidane was named European Footballer of the Year in 1998, and FIFA World Footballer of the Year in 1998, 2000, and 2003.

Payroll Outsourcing Services - Top 6 Benefits of Hiring a Professional Firm For Your Small Business

Timely payment of wages is necessary for employee satisfaction and to keep them motivated. The slightest lapse in this regard can prove very expensive. However, managing payroll is a difficult task for even the most proficient employee. Personnel changes, deadlines and changing tax regulations only worsen the situation leading to unnecessary delays and inefficiencies. A payroll service can take care of all your payroll requirements and free you and your employers of unnecessary stress and hassles.

Outsourced payroll services become even more important for start-up businesses. While you take care of everything from product development, to advertising and marketing and sales, payroll is one function that can be easily outsourced to a payroll service.

Over one-fourth of the companies are already enjoying the benefits of outsourcing payroll. Here are the main benefits you can expect from outsourcing.

Free payroll software

Outsourcing payroll eliminates the need to buy, install, support and maintain payroll software and reduces the IT labor needed, resulting in several immediate cost reductions. Several payroll companies also provide software integration into your office accounting systems along with customization. Further, payroll services regularly update their software giving you another indirect cost benefit.

Easy scalability at minimal cost

When you outsource to a professional service, you do not have to worry about adding new staff to deal with business growth. Similarly, they take care of reassigning tasks, lay-offs and unemployment insurance for contracting businesses, thus freeing the owners of this responsibility at affordable prices.

Focus on your core business

Payroll takes up a total of eight-ten hours of employee time, every pay period. Outsourcing payroll saves valuable employee time that can be devoted to core business issues for improving productivity.

Employees prepare and submit own payroll data

Payroll services use software as a service, which delegates to employees the responsibility of gathering and submitting work hours themselves. For this, each employee uses his login to enter information about work hours into electronic time cards on the providers website. After completion, these are electronically reviewed by the manager, who can either approve or send back any inaccurate time card. Defaults for submission, approval and correction ensure that employees get paid even when the manager is unavailable for reviewing the time cards. Variable pay such as bonuses, commissions and fines are also accommodated by most services.

Convenience of Paper Paychecks or Direct Deposit

You can ask for paper checks to be delivered to your office, or provide for direct deposit to employees. In either case, the payroll company takes care of statutory withholdings and contributions to health and retirement plans.

Onus of regulatory compliance shifted to payroll service

The biggest headache when processing payroll is keeping pace with changing tax regulations which lead to unnecessary fines and penalties for your company. Payroll services can better handle mandatory tax regulations and ensure compliance with them. Additionally, payroll services themselves pay for penalties, if any, saving you money and worries.

Outsourcing payroll can be one of the most profitable decisions you make. Go ahead and hire a payroll service to reap the benefits of increased business output and profits.

PES Games - A History Of Pro Evolution Soccer Part 2

In 2003, Pro Evolution Soccer 3 was released and included a big game play engine update, introducing new features such as the advantage rule and much improved long-ball passing techniques. PES games were now starting to get their hands on lesser European licenses such as the Dutch Eredivisie, but at least this was a start or inroad into FIFA’s dominance by Konami.

Pro Evo 3 was the first PES game to be programmed for PC via Microsoft and it was popular, but the lack of online mode disappointed. Further enhancements to the licensing agreement occurred over the next few PES iterations, with many more official teams and players included, but the big one, the Premier League, always eluded Konami – not something FIFA was willing to give up. The Master League (career mode) was expanded and editing options improved, making likenesses even closer to reality.

In 2005 Pro Evolution Soccer 5 finally cemented Pro Evo online, allowing players to play against other PES gamers anywhere in the world. Jubilation reigned in online forums as we finally got real English teams, albeit only two – Arsenal and Chelsea, but again it was a start.

At this point in history PES was still dominant over FIFA, generally getting higher review scores, despite the lack of complete licenses throughout the game. PES stood up so well against the FIFA machine because of the superb two player experience.

Playing against a computer can only ever be so good, as computer AI is still no match for the gaming experience of another human being. It was this sense of randomness and downright fun that kept Pro Evo at the top of the footy charts and this position was further solidified in Pro Evolution Soccer 6, which for many PES fans was the finest hour for Konami.

Pro Evo 6 or Winning Eleven 10 had most of the best elements that have survived to the present incarnation. Fast, fluid, attacking football, a combative tackling mechanic and a slew of new tricks and flicks. To go along with the ever present official Japanese strip, the England National team were now decked out in their official kit as well as other nations. The Xbox version even had next generation high-definition graphics and this would be the last version before Pro Evo made the transition to PS3.

There was no Pro Evo 7, the next installment would arrive in 2007 and the naming convention changed into what remains to this day – Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 or PES 2008. This was the first version to debut on PS3, but still remained on PS2 and the other consoles. High definition graphics enhanced the gaming experience and PES started to move away from FIFA in the player likenesses stakes, although at the same time the complacency led to FIFA closing the gap and it was around these years that FIFA for the first time started to achieve higher review scores, as ironically, it was likened to the PES game play of old.

Even though many things improved, PES games started to struggle during the versions 2008-2012. Improvements in graphics, master league, competitions, licenses and online play, were negated by fussy changes to game play, that made Pro Evo harder, but sometimes less fun. It seemed that the game almost had a cheat mode in player versus computer games on harder skill levels, as it could be almost impossible to win the ball back or keep it against the computer. Keepers would inexplicably parry weak shots straight back out to unmarked strikers for easy tap ins and referees could be incredibly harsh, sending players off for minor offences, whereas it seemed computer controlled players could get away with murder!

The last few years have been repeated ‘overhaul’ fixes for PES as they’ve tried to regain top spot. Shingo Takatsuka known as ‘Seabass’ has come up with multiple buzz words every year as Pro Evo innovates and pushes the limits of the high-definition consoles and what PS3 And XBOX 360 can handle. The online play has improved on PS3 as it struggled at first to catch up to the online system XBOX had in place and now the edit modes, coupled with the skill and efficiency of PES fans means that the lack of licenses is almost irrelevant.

PES games will have their latest blockbuster out in October 2012 and by all accounts, online rumours and playable demos, PES is back. The review scores were close to FIFA last year and although the FIFA machine now exudes a high level of polish and superb game play, if PES 2013 regains some of that magic from the mid noughties, it’ll be top dog again this autumn.

Shop Xbox - Why the Premier Gaming Console is Still a Favorite of Gamers

Die hard gamers shop Xbox. Since the first release of this powerful next-generation console, Xbox has ruled the gaming world. One of the main reasons for this is its unparalleled line up of exclusive, multi-platform games. The online gaming experience is also considered by most gamers to be the best in the industry. The current version, the Xbox 360, features an extremely powerful console and a durable, reliable system. The dashboard has a feature laden interface and is easy to navigate. The system also doubles as a multi-media center. Xbox continues to dominate the industry, and offers a rich experience for its users.

Those who shop Xbox do so for the games. The Microsoft catalogue has a stellar line of exclusive games that are some of the most popular in the world. Halo for instance, enjoys a massive following and is only available for Xbox. Chronicles of Riddick, the Doom Series and Jade Empire are other exclusive titles.

All games are viewed in high definition and the graphics are superb. Of the games that are available on both systems, gamers almost always rate the Xbox version as being better – crisper graphics, and more fluid play. Xbox also allows users to supplement any game’s music with tracks from their own personal music collection. There are many other personalization features which help place you in the center of the experience.

Anther popular feature of Xbox is the online gaming experience. Gamers have given Microsoft rave reviews for their online gamine community, and it’s another reason for the consoles popularity. The Xbox community is huge, and it’s easy for gamers to get online and find someone to play with. The quality of the experience is top notch. Microsoft also allows you to get achievement points with your online play. You can use those points to purchase games.

Backward compatibility is another area where Xbox shines. The system allows you to play hundreds of original Xbox games. PlayStation 3, its main rival, does not have any compatibility for PS2 games, a sticking point for many gamers.

The design of Xbox is another plus. Xbox 360’s interface is easy to maneuver around and the dashboard is laid out in a very intuitive fashion. The control is ergonomically designed and very comfortable to use, even after hours of intense gaming. The hard drive is extremely powerful, with better memory configuration, faster disc read speed, and better tool support.

The system offers multi media capabilities as well. You can view photos, listen to music, and download movies and videos. The system is integrated with Netflix which allows you to stream thousands of movies directly to your TV.

Unclaimed Payroll Check

Unclaimed or uncashed payroll checks handled incorrectly by an employer can result in serious trouble for the employer. Prior to implementing a policy on how your company handles these types of checks, there are several issues to consider:

Every state has escheat laws that affect unclaimed or abandoned property. In general the laws require that such property, including the funds from uncashed and/or unclaimed payroll checks, be turned over to the state after a designated period. That period and possibly a minimum amount vary from state to state. The state then holds the items for the owner or heirs until a claim is filed to collect the property.

If an uncashed payroll check is voided the money is then available in the company’s payroll checking account. If later the funds are not available to pay the employee or to submit to the state the, employer and officers could find themselves under a breach of fiduciary responsibility. If the courts find the actions intentional the court could find criminal intent. Remember once you issue a check for wages to an employee those funds no longer belong to the company in any way. Under no circumstances should the funds from uncashed paychecks be returned to the general checking account.

Even if the employee never claims the money or cashes the payroll check the employee deserves credit on his Social Security and Medicare accounts for wages earned. The wages also need to be reported as paid for unemployment purposes and unemployment tax needs to be paid. Even though the employee did not actually cash the check, the wages are considered to have been paid during the tax year in which the check was dated

The company must report these wages on the 941, 940 and W-2 forms and pay all taxes that are due as if the uncashed unclaimed payroll checks had been cashed on a timely basis. State unemployment reports and taxes will also need to be filed and paid as if the payroll check was cashed.

Your company policy should contain the following items at a minimum:

A method of collecting, reporting and safeguarding unclaimed payroll checks and recording and tracking uncashed payroll checks,

An outline of the steps to be made and the recording of those steps in attempting to contact the employee who has not cashed or not claimed a paycheck,

The specific period of time, which may be prescribed by the State, after which the payroll check will be voided and the monies escrowed pending payment to the employee or the state. The method and place where this will be recorded,

The period of time, which will be prescribed by the state, after which the monies will be forwarded to the state.

The method and place where this payment will be recorded.

Manchester United"s Greatest Premier League Team

With Manchester United on course for their lowest Premier League finish in the first season since Alex Ferguson’s retirement Janes Jerseys takes a look back at what we consider to be Manchester United’s greatest team since the formation of the Premier League.

Peter Schmeichel (1991-1999)

Peter Schmeichel is arguably Manchester United’s greatest EVER goalkeeper and one of the best goalkeepers the world has ever seen.

Schmeichel joined from the club from Bronby for the bargain price of £505,000 in the summer of 1991 and made his Manchester United debut in a 2-0 victory over Notts County.

Schmeichel helped the club win their first league title for 26 years in the inaugural season of the Premier League keeping an impressive 22 clean sheets.

Schmeichel went on to five Premier League titles, three FA Cups and one League Cup.

He also famously captained the team to the Champions League trophy in his final appearance for the club.

During his eight years with Manchester United Schmeichel made 392 appearances keeping an incredible 178 clean sheets and famously scoring one goal against Rotor Volgograd.

He became the first goalkeeper to keep 100 clean sheets in the Premier League when he kept a clean sheet against Crystal Palace on.

Schmeichel won the UEFA goalkeeper of the year in 1992, 1993, 1997 and 1998.

Gary Neville (1992-2011)

Gary Neville was a graduate on the famous “Class of 92” which included Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, David Beckham, Nicky Butt and Gary’s brother Phil.

Having captained the youth team to FA Youth Cup glory in the 1991-92 season Neville made his senior debut against Torpedo Moscow in the UEFA Cup in September 1992.

With Paul Parker out injured Gary Neville became the teams first choice right back, a position he retained until his retirement in 2011.

After Roy Keane’s departure in November 2005 Neville was appointed as club captain.

Neville went on to make 602 appearances for the club scoring 7 goals, winning 8 Premier League titles, 3 FA Cups, 2 League Cups and 2 European Champions League trophies.

Denis Irwin (1990-2002)

Denis Irwin was one of the most reliable and consistent performers of his generation although often underrated.

Irwin joined the side from Oldham in the summer of 1990 in a £625,000 move from Oldham Athletic, making his debut against Coventry City on the 25th August 1990.

In his first season with the club Irwin helped the club to win the European Cup Winners Cup, defeating Barcelona in the final.

Irwin was an ever present as Manchester United lifted their first league title for 26 years and was he also featured in every game in the double winning season of 1993-94.

During his time with the club Irwin won seven Premier League titles, three FA Cups, one League Cup, one European Champions League and one European Cup Winners Cup.

Denis Irwin made 529 appearances and scored 33 goals for Manchester United before joining Wolverhampton Wanderers at the end of the 2001-02 season.

Jaap Stam (1998-2001)

Jaap Stam only lasted with the side just over three seasons but proved to hugely popular with the Manchester United faithful.

Stam joined the club from Dutch side PSV for a then world record fee for a defender of £10.6m and made his debut in a 3-0 defeat against Arsenal in the Charity Shield.

In his first season with the club Stam helped Manchester United to the famous treble of the Premier League, FA Cup and European Champions League.

During his time with the club Manchester United became the first team to win three consecutive seasons.

Stam made 127 appearances for Manchester United scoring one goal against Leicester in a 6-2 victory.

Stam was voted UEFA Club Best Defender of the Year in 1998-99 and 1999-00.

Rio Ferdinand (2002-present)

Rio Ferdinand is one of the best football playing centre halves of a generation and arguably England’s most accomplished defender since the legendary Bobby Moore.

Ferdinand joined the club for a British record transfer fee of £30m and he is still the most expensive English footballer in history and the most expensive defender in world football.

Rio made his debut for the team on the 27th August 2002 in a Champions League qualifying game against Zalaagerszeg which Manchester United won 5-0.

Ferdinand helped Manchester United to win the Premier League in his first season at the club playing in 28 league games.

Ferdinand famously missed a drugs test in September 2003 which led to him receiving an eight month ban.

Ferdinand has made nearly 450 appearances for Manchester United scoring 8 goals and winning six Premier League titles, two League Cups and one Champions League trophy.

Rio captained Manchester United in the memorable penalty shoot-out victory in the Champions League final against Chelsea.

Ferdinand featured in the FIFA World XI for the 2007-08 season.

Ryan Giggs (1990-present)

Ryan Giggs is the eldest member of the “Class of 92” and the only one to still be playing at the grand old age of 40.

Giggs made his debut for the club on the 2nd March 1991 in a 2-0 defeat and scored his first goal for the club in a 1-0 victory over Manchester City.

Giggs is the only player to have appeared in every Premier League season since it was founded in 1992.

Up until the 2013-14 season he had also scored in every campaign.

Giggs is the most decorated player in the history of English football with an incredible 13 Premier League titles, 4 FA Cup Winners medals, 3 League Cup winners medals and 2 Champions League winners medals.

Giggs has made over 950 appearances for the club, a record for a Manchester United player, scoring 168 goals.

During a truly illustrious career Giggs has set numerous records including most Premier League appearances, most Champions League appearances, most goals by a British player in the Champions League and the oldest scorer in the Champions League.

Cristiano Ronaldo (2003-2009)

Cristiano Ronaldo was often referred to a as a show pony in his early years with his countless step-overs looking great but not being particularly productive.

During his time with the club, under the guidance of Ferguson, Ronaldo channelled his undoubted ability to become one of the best players in the world.

Ronaldo joined the team from Sporting Lisbon for £12.2m having impressed Alex Ferguson whilst playing in a friendly against Manchester United.

Ronaldo made his debut as a substitute on the 16/08/03 in a 4-0 victory over Bolton and scored his first goal in a 3-0 victory over Portsmouth.

In his first season Ronaldo helped Manchester United to win the FA Cup scoring the first goal in a 3-0 victory over Millwall.

Ronaldo made 292 appearances for Manchester United scoring an impressive 118 including 42 goals in 49 appearances as he helped Manchester United win the Premier League and Champions League, winning a host of personal awards in the process including UEFA Club Footballer of the Year.

Ronaldo won three Premier League titles, one FA Cup, two League Cups and one Champions League trophy with Manchester United before leaving to join Real Madrid for a world record transfer fee of £80m.

Roy Keane (1993-2005)

Roy Keane was a dominating, tough-tackling, highly competitive central midfielder that epitomised the spirit of Manchester United under the management of Alex Ferguson.

Keane joined the club in the summer of 1993 signing from Nottingham Forest for £3.75m and making his debut against Aston Villa on the 23rd August in a 2-1 victory Aston Villa.

During his first season with the club Keane helped the team win the Premier League and FA Cup to claim a famous double.

Keane was handed the Manchester United captaincy following the shock retirement of Eric Cantona at the beginning of the 1997-98 season, a position he kept until leaving in 2005.

Keane made 480 appearances during his 12 years at the club scoring 51 goals and winning seven Premier League titles, four FA Cups and one Champions League trophy.

Keane left the club on the 15th December 2005 to sign for boyhood club Celtic.

Paul Scholes (1993-2011 & 2012-2013)

Paul Scholes is the last member of the “Class of 92” to feature in our greatest Manchester United Premier League team.

Scholes was arguably the greatest attacking midfielder of his generation, although he was occasionally let down by his ability to mistime a tackle which saw him collect over 120 yellow cards and 10 red cards and famously miss the 1999 Champions League final through suspension.

Scholes made his debut for the club on the 21st September 1994 scoring both goals in a 2-1 league cup victory over Port Vale.

During his first season as a first team player Scholes helped the side finish 2nd in the Premier League and reach the FA Cup final where they lost to Everton 1-0.

Scholes famously retired from professional football at the end of the 2010-11 season before Ferguson talked him into returning in January 2012.

During his two spells with Manchester United Scholes made 718 appearances and scored 155 goals winning eleven Premier League titles, three FA Cups, two League Cups and two Champions League trophies.

Eric Cantona (1992-1997)

Eric Cantona was nicknamed “King Eric” by Manchester United fans, regarded by many as Manchester United’s greatest ever player and his name still reverberates around Old Trafford today.

Cantona signed for the club in a £1.2m switch from rivals Leeds United on the 27th November 1992 making his debut as a substitute against Manchester City on the 6th December 1992.

In his first season Cantona helped the team to their first league title in 26 years as they won the Premier League finishing 10 points clear of Manchester United.

In January 1995 Cantona attracted headlines for the wrong reasons as he launched a Kung -Fu style kick at a Crystal Palace fan on his way back to the tunnel after he had been sent off. The incident saw Cantona banned from football for eight months and many argue cost Manchester United the league title.

Following Steve Bruce’s departure Cantona was handed the captains armband at the start of the 1996-97 campaign in which Manchester United won their fourth title in five years.

At the end of the 1996-97 season Cantona surprisingly announced he was retiring from professional football at the age of 30.

During his time at Manchester United Cantona made 185 appearances scoring 82 goals and winning four Premier League titles and two FA Cups.

Ruud van Nistelrooy (2001-2006)

The last position in the team is filled by Ruud van Nistelrooy who is arguably the most clinical finisher to play for the side in the Premier League.

Van Nistelrooy signed for the club in the summer of 2001 joining from PSV Eindhoven for a fee of £19m and made his debut in a 2-1 Charity Shield defeat against Liverpool.

In his first season with the club Van Nistelrooy scored 23 goals in the league (including scoring in 8 consecutuive mataches to set a record which he subsequently broke) and 36 goals in all competitions.

During his five years with the club Van Nistelrooy scored 150 goals in 219 appearances and won one Premier League title, one FA Cup and one League Cup.

With rumours of a rift with Ferguson Van Nistelrooy left the club in the July 2006 to sign for Real Madrid for a fee of £11m.

Using Custom Fields in QuickBooks

Is there more information you’d like to track about your customers, vendors or employees? Have you tried to collect data? One of the most powerful yet under-utilized tools in QuickBooks is Custom Fields. You can use these fields for names (customers, vendors, employees) and Items. I’ll discuss Custom Fields for names first, and then Items.

For customers, you might want to know how they found out about your company (such as newspaper, radio, flyer, referral), their birthday, favorite team, favorite product, region, type of car, pet, and so on. For vendors, maybe you want their website, area of expertise, or product line. For employees, maybe you want to have their contact name and phone number, date of last raise, date I-9 expires, etc. (In Enterprise Solutions, the Employee Organizer is included and you’ll notice that there are many more fields already there for you to use).

Enterprise Solutions V10 gives you a few more options than with Pro and Premier 2010, such as:

  • You can have up to a total of 30 Custom Fields for customer/vendor/employees.

  • These fields can be required, which guarantees that employees fill in certain data.

  • You can specify the type of data. This is a huge benefit for owners. You can even have a drop-down list so employees can simply choose from a set list. This eliminates inconsistent data entry. Just think of how many ways a person can enter a date, phone number, or name. Any time the data is entered differently, it’s treated as a different entry. Drop-down lists ensure uniformity so that data is not entered in different ways.

To create a Custom Field, click on the Additional Info tab, click on Define. Type in the name you want to appear on the label for the Custom Field (e.g. birthday). Click which list this is for (customer, vendor, employee); you can use it for all three.

Once you create Custom Fields, you can use them in transactional documents (such as sales orders, invoices) and reports. A few comments on using them:

  • If the data is entered in the customer/vendor record, then when you add that field to an invoice, sales order or purchase order, the data will automatically fill in. (If you enter that information when creating the document, it will not be stored with the customer/vendor record.

  • You can use Custom Fields in the headers of invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, or as a column for the body of the document. I usually recommend using Custom Fields for customers and vendors at the top of the document and in the body of the document for Items.

  • When used in actual transactions, such as invoices and sales receipts, you can get additional sales data in reports. So, if “region” was a Custom Field for your customer and it was used it on the header of an invoice, you could generate a report that breaks down sales by region reports.

  • When used in customer/vendor/employee records, you can add Custom Fields as a column on list reports.

When it comes to Items, frequently there is more information you want to know about the Item, such as color, size, type of material, number in a pallet or case, expiration date, serial number, lot number, location, and so on. While many users include some of this information in the description, it can be hard track, so having additional fields gives you that tracking capability. Just as you did for names, you can add these additional fields to reports and transactional documents (sales receipts, invoices, purchase orders, etc.). This means you can search and run reports on these fields.

In Enterprise Solutions V10, you can have up to 15 Custom Fields (more than Pro and Premier), more control over the type of data in that field (such as number, text, date), and the ability to designate a Custom Field as “required”. You can even have users select from a drop-down menu to make data entry even more uniform. While this might sound like a nice feature, it becomes very important when you have multiple users entering data. Different people will often enter the same data in different formats. For example, the date might be entered as June 15, 2010, june 15, 2010, or 6/15/10. Inconsistent data entry can make searching or filtering very cumbersome.

To create a Custom Field for an Item, edit the Item, click on Custom Fields, then Define Fields. Give it a name. If you’re in Enterprise, you can choose the type of data for this field, and where it’s to be used – in the actual Item record (list) or transaction, such as Purchase Order or Invoice.

Some comments on using these fields:

  • If the data is entered in the Item record, then when you add that Custom Field to an invoice, sales order or purchase order, the data will automatically fill in. If, however, you enter that information in the Custom Field in the document you are creating, it will not be stored with the Item. For instance, if you sell shirts, you might sell 3 red shirts and 4 blue ones. If you have only one item called “shirts”, then you will want to enter the color on the invoice. If you have multiple shirt Items on your list (red shirts, blue shirts, green shirts), then when you select the appropriate shirt, the color will automatically appear on the document.

  • You can search and filter for Custom Fields.I mentioned using serial numbers. While QuickBooks won’t let you keep a running list of serial numbers for an Item, if you enter the serial number on the invoice, then you can search on that serial number later if you need.

  • When used in actual transactions, such as invoices and sales receipts, you can get additional sales data in reports. You won’t be able to get totals by custom field, (e.g. you could not get a total of blue shirts, but, you can filter on a custom field or you can export the report to Excel and get your totals.

  • Since you can’t control how users enter data in Custom Fields in Pro and Premier, here are a couple suggestions:
    • In the label for the field, indicate how you want data entered (mm/dd/yyyy).

    • Rather than filter the report, sort on that field.

So look at what you’ve been tracking manually or think about what you might like to track and see if using Custom Fields would help.

Techniques for Retouching in Photoshop

There are many techniques for retouching in Photoshop that a person who is an expert in Photoshop retouching can utilize to make your images better. However, what matters is the outcome. If for instance your photo has some red eyes appearing, Photoshop has tools that will allow the red eyes to be easily removed from the photo and the eye color should appear normal.

If you are not satisfied with body shape or blemishes, these can also be removed using Photoshop. Photoshop has made impressive improvements in the quality of their software so that subtly made changes during a Photoshop image retouching session will appear to be as normal as possible.

Other common changes that are made as a part of a Photoshop retouching session include adding in realistic looking old photo effects, changing the background of a photo, removing elements of the photo such as a particular object. All of these are done many times so that the image will align better with a business’s marketing goals which prompted the use of the image.

Benefits of Retouching By Outsourcing

Having retouching done by a professional is only an option however in many cases a person would likely get better results with this method. The reason is that a professional will have worked with hundred or thousands of photos and will be able to easily tell when retouching has been done in such a way that it appears to have a natural appearance. In recent years, consumers have come down hard on companies that use photos that are too heavily retouched. Therefore in order to not lose the audience, it is important that photo retouching is done carefully so as to not make the retouching noticeable.

In addition, if you are designing a website or other type of marketing materials it is very difficult to produce many retouched photos in a short period of time. The retouched photos can be created faster if they are done by a team instead of a few individuals. Many companies are also giving these kinds of services. The retouched photos are attractive and stunning too. Turnaround time on retouching can go from months to just weeks or a few days when using a team that specializes in such work. In this way, you can get your website up and running quickly or have your marketing materials ready to go.
