Digital Scrapbooking With Photoshop

Want to get into digital scrapbooking with Photoshop? It can be fun to start your own scrapbooking projects, but it can be difficult if you don’t already know how to use Photoshop. Before jumping in head first to your projects, it is important to learn the basics of Photoshop. There are a couple of great tutorial programs available, but a couple in particular I would recommend.

If you are a complete beginner with Photoshop, then “Photoshop Fast Track For Newbies” is definitely the best option for you. It teaches you all the basics of the program, like how to use the toolbar. Then it shows you some of the techniques you could use for any project, including digital scrapbooking with Photoshop. It has written lessons as well as tons of videos to help you out.

You will learn how to adjust lighting and colors and edit backgrounds. You can also use selective coloring and learn how to fix red eye and glare. You also learn about adding layers, which is an essential element of digital scrapbooking with Photoshop.

It is the best program available, but if you want a cheaper option, you could check out Tutorials 4 You. That site has different programs for whatever version of Photoshop you have. Although it doesn’t focus exactly on digital scrapbooking with Photoshop, it will still help you.

It is not quite as detailed as “Fast Track”, but it still has great information and covers a lot of the same topics. No matter which program you choose, you will be happy. They are both great and will help you to use Photoshop with ease.
